What we built.
HomeInvestor reimagines the iBuyer playbook for sellers who want optionality instead of a single take-it-or-leave-it number. We partnered with the founding team to ship a platform where homeowners enter one address and, typically within 24 hours, receive a vetted cash offer, an owner-financing offer for a higher long-term price, and the option to list FSBO for free. The product had to feel trustworthy enough for a six-figure decision while still converting in under 90 seconds.
