What we built.
Sales teams were running pipelines across a CRM, a dialer, a sales-engagement tool, a forecasting spreadsheet, and a coaching app — with reps stitching it all together by hand. AgentixCRM collapses that stack into a single AI-native workspace. Every morning a Sales Copilot produces a brief that ranks hot prospects, flags at-risk deals, and tells reps exactly who to call first and what to say. An integrated auto-dialer, proposals surface, and AI Sales Trainer keep reps in flow, while a multi-tenant agency model lets owners run multiple workspaces under one roof. Envert partnered with the team to design the brand and ship the full product — pipeline, prospecting, outreach, proposals, deals, reports, AI trainer, and the super-admin/agency tier.

Built an at-risk-first deal health view that scores open deals by predicted close probability and surfaces the next-best action — so managers and reps stop arguing about gut-feel forecasts.

Twilio-backed auto-dialer with call recording, transcripts, and AI-scored sentiment and intent — every call lands back on the contact, deal, and forecast it influenced.
